Mushrooms Stuffed With Liver Pate

It is considered that appetizers appeared in Russia for the first time and were served before an official dinner. This appetizer is light and simple to make but at the same time can decorate any table.

  • 24 ea big mushrooms.
  • 115 g soft liver pate.
  • 1 ea chopped onion.
  • 2 tb bread crumbs.
  • Preheat the oven until 205 C.
  • Divide caps and stipes.
  • Chope the stipes coarsely, add finely chopped onion, bread crumbs into the pate and stir carefully.
  • Stuff the caps and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
