Mango Chutney

  • 2 big peeled and grated green mangoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
  • 2 chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix grated mangoes with a pinch of salt, green chillies and the garlic and ginger paste.
  • Grind or blend the mixture to a fine paste with some drops of water.
