Serves 4 - 6.
- Lobster meat
- 4 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 large, ripe tomato, chopped
- Pepper to taste
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 c. meat stock or water
- Pour cooking oil into frying pan.
- Add onion & sauté until soft.
- Add curry powder & cook about 5 min.
- Add tomato & continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Add lobster, seasonings & stock or water.
- Simmer for 30 min.
- Serve with boiled rice or cooked noodles.
