Chad's Spicy Tuna Sub

Yield 1 serving.


1 can Albacore White Tuna in water
2 tbl Fat Free Miracle Whip
1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbl Hot Giardiniera (drained)
1 x Sausage, beef, or sub roll


  • Drain Tuna. Place tuna in large bowl and break it up with a fork.
  • Add Miracle Whip, hot sauce, and giardiniera. Mix well. Spread entire mixture on your roll. Wrap in aluminum foil for transport.
