Chad's Country Ribs

Yield 1 serving.


1 x ribs, approx. 2 lb. per person

1 cup ketchup
1 1/3 cup sugar
8 tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl dry mustard

  • Place ribs in large pan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; simmer for 45 minutes. Drain. Then brown ribs, on both sides, on grill.
  • Barbecue Sauce:
    Stir all ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes. Dip ribs in Barbecue Sauce; place on grill again to seal in sauce. Serve with Iowa sweet corn and potatoes!
