Ingredients:
3 / 4 kilo of bifes fish (hake, cazón, etc.)
4 carrots
1 / 2 cup grated cheese
4 eggs
1 / 3 cup oil
1 / 4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. Of cornstarch
1 / 2 CTA. Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cooking fish with water and salt and lemon juice. Desmenuzarlo and then mixed with shredded carrots, beaten eggs, oil, cheese, ketchup, corn starch, and the pepper.
