Hummus

Serves 4.


Ingredients:
  • 1 Can Chickpeas -- drained
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 6 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint -- finely chopped
Directions:
  • In blender, place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  • Spread on a serving plate and sprinkle with olive oil and mint.
