Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Chickpeas -- drained
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 6 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Mint -- finely chopped
- In blender, place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Spread on a serving plate and sprinkle with olive oil and mint.
