Roast Duck Czech Style


6 lb. duck
1/8 cup salt
lots of fresh cracked pepper
1 TBS caraway seeds


Mixed together, spread over and inside duck.

Omitted water entirely.

Foil covered & roasted for 30 min. on 375, then uncovered and roasted at 325-350 for 2 hrs.

Crispy skin & fall-off-the-bone meat!
