Munk Chops (Munkekoteletter)


4-6 pork shops
30 ml vinegar
10 ml water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp dried mint
50 ml oil


Mix vinegar, water, sugar and mint. Put the chops in this marinade for at least 2 hours (turning them a few times). Remove and dry off the chops and brown on a frying pan, season with salt and leave to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes turning them a few times.

Serve with cold potato salad or a spicy rice salad and a garden salad.
