Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

2 cups freshly grated coconut
1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
sea salt to taste

Method:

Combine ingredients and keep in fridge until ready to serve. Will keep for 1-2 weeks.
