Galki are small fish-balls boiled in broth. Serve galki hot or hot with horseradish sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fish fillet.
- 100 g onion.
- 50 g starch.
- 200 g milk.
- salt.
- ground pepper.
Method:
- Grind fish fillet and onion in a grinder, add starch, salt, pepper, milk and knead thoroughly.
- Make small balls and cook them in boiling broth.
